NextWR is a software development company
We build multi-tenant SaaS platforms, web and mobile applications, the software behind connected devices, and the infrastructure all of it runs on. One team writes the terminal software, the API, the database, the dashboard and the mobile app, so the parts fit.
One system, six layers
A connected product is not an app with a device attached. Device software, network, API, database, dashboard and mobile app are designed together.
What we build
Six software practices
Each one is software work with a software deliverable. Most projects use two or three together.
- SaaS and custom software Multi-tenant business platforms with per-organisation data isolation, roles and an API shared by every client. PHP · Laravel · Node.js
- Web applications React and Next.js front ends against Laravel and Node APIs, including admin panels and RTL interfaces. React · Next.js · JavaScript
- Mobile applications React Native and Flutter applications against REST APIs, with authentication, catalogues, orders, wallets and notifications. React Native · Flutter · JavaScript
- IoT platform software The software side of connected products: device-to-cloud synchronisation, provisioning, remote management and the APIs terminals talk to. AOSP Android · Node.js · PHP
- Cloud, DevOps and infrastructure Deploying and operating the software we write, and doing the same for applications a client already runs. Linux · Docker · Docker Swarm
- AI and LLM software LLM-powered features inside business software, with generation and evaluation workflows, plus ongoing work on local inference. Python · Node.js · PHP
Products
What we are building
Platforms NextWR designed and wrote, described with their architecture and an accurate status.
IoT attendance platform
BassmaPro
An attendance and access platform for schools, companies, hospitals and organisations. A terminal reads a fingerprint or a card, the platform records the event, and a parent or an administrator sees it.
Multi-tenant SaaS
School management platform
A multi-tenant platform for schools and businesses: classes, class groups, students, parents, teachers and subjects, with every operation scoped to one organisation.
POS and QR menu
Restaurant platform
Restaurant management with a point of sale, a digital menu reachable by QR code, orders, memberships, multi-store support and multi-currency wallets.
React Native
E-commerce mobile application
A React Native application against a Laravel API: accounts, products, categories, orders, wallets, vouchers and several stores, in four languages including Arabic.
Commerce platform
Digital voucher system
Management of products, digital vouchers, customers, vendors, administrators and managers, separated by role-based access.
In development · Under construction
AI language and examination platform
Under construction. A platform where a language model generates exams, questions, answers and evaluations across difficulty levels, with audio testing planned for a second phase.
Method
How a software project runs
Five stages, the same five on a three-week job and on a year-long one. Each stage ends with something written that stays with the client.
-
Discovery
A call, then a written brief. The brief restates the problem in our words, lists the constraints we heard, and names the risks visible at that point. If the project should not be built, this is where we say so.
What you receive: A written brief, two to four pages.
-
Proposal
A fixed scope with a price and milestones, or a monthly plan with a number of reserved engineering days. Either way it carries an explicit list of what is out of scope, because that list is what prevents the argument in month three.
What you receive: A proposal with price, milestones and an out-of-scope list.
-
Build in weekly increments
Working software on a staging environment every week, with the continuous-integration run that produced it. Progress and the evidence for it arrive in the same message.
What you receive: A staging build and a test run, every week.
-
Launch
Deployment on infrastructure the client owns, with monitoring configured and documentation written for the people who will run it. A handover session walks the client's team through the parts they will touch.
What you receive: A handover pack: runbook, architecture notes, access list.
-
Care
An optional retainer for maintenance and further work, cancellable with thirty days' notice. For software with LLM features the retainer includes running the evaluation set again, because retrieval quality drifts as the underlying data changes.
What you receive: A monthly note: what changed, what the tests cover, what needs attention.
How we work
What a client can hold NextWR to
Four commitments, in every proposal.
The client owns the code
Every repository, design file and credential belongs to the client from the first commit. Host it anywhere, hand it to any team.
A written answer within one business day
Every question gets a written reply within one business day, and every project has a weekly demo on the calendar.
Tested before it is handed over
Automated tests, accessibility checks and a staging environment are part of every scope.
EU-based, GDPR designed in
A Romanian company, contracts under EU law, and data protection considered at the architecture stage.
Writing
Notes
Three things that come up in almost every project NextWR takes on, written down so a first call can go somewhere else.
Architecture
Enforcing multi-tenant permissions at the API layer
Tenant isolation is easy to describe and easy to get wrong in a way that stays invisible until a customer sees a row belonging to someone else.
IoT
What device monitoring on constrained hardware actually needs
A fleet that cannot be inspected remotely is a fleet that gets visited. Useful monitoring is a handful of signals, reported honestly, that answer one question: can this device do its job right now?
Interfaces
Right-to-left has to be designed in, not added
Arabic support added at the end is a rewrite. Built in from the first component it costs almost nothing, because the layout mirrors on its own.
Tell us what you are building.
Write in English, French, Romanian or Arabic. Every message gets a written answer within one business day.
