Privacy policy
This policy explains what happens to personal data when you use nextwr.com or write to us.
Last updated:
1. Who is responsible
The controller of the personal data described in this policy is NextWR S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, with its registered office at Str. Nerva Traian 27-33, Sc. B, Et. 1, Ap. Bir. 6, 031044 Bucharest, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under number J2025054499004, fiscal code (CUI) 52206454.
For any question about this policy or about your personal data, write to info@nextwr.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so under Article 37 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR"). Your message is read by the founder.
2. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics, advertising, tracking or session-recording scripts. There is no chat widget and no social-media pixel. That is also why you do not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Your language choice is expressed by the address of the page you are on and is not stored anywhere.
3. Server logs
Like any website, nextwr.com is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers keep technical logs. These logs may contain your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system identification.
These logs exist to deliver the site, to keep it available and to defend it against attack and abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the service, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use these logs to build profiles and we do not combine them with any other data. They are kept by the hosting provider for its standard retention period and then deleted.
4. No third-party requests
The typefaces used on this site are served from this site's own domain. Loading a page contacts nobody except the hosting provider described above: there is no font service, no content delivery network, no embedded video and no third-party script of any kind.
If a font file cannot be fetched, the site falls back to the typefaces installed on your device and stays fully usable.
5. Email
This site has no contact form. When you write to the address published here, we process what your message contains: your name, your email address, your company if you mention it, and the content of the message itself. Nothing is collected by this website, because there is nothing on it that collects.
We use this data for one purpose: to understand your request and answer it, and, if the exchange leads to an engagement, to prepare and perform the contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and for the performance of that contract, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, where no contract follows.
Writing to us is voluntary, and you decide what the message contains. Your email provider and ours carry the message; both keep their own delivery records, which we do not control.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for 12 months after the last exchange, and then delete it. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, we keep the correspondence for the duration of that relationship and afterwards only as required by Romanian law, in particular the retention obligations for accounting documents under Accounting Law no. 82/1991 and the Fiscal Procedure Code. Recruitment applications and their attachments are deleted within 6 months of the decision, unless you ask us to keep them longer.
7. Who else sees the data
We do not sell personal data, we do not rent it, and we do not disclose it for anyone else's marketing. Data is shared only with the service providers we need to operate, acting as processors on our documented instructions:
- our email provider, which transports and stores the messages we exchange with you;
- our hosting provider, which delivers this website and keeps the technical logs described above;
- where a form endpoint is configured, the form-delivery provider that forwards the message to our mailbox.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place under an adequacy decision of the European Commission or under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, for example to a public authority acting within its powers.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- ask whether we process data about you and obtain a copy of it (Article 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (Article 16);
- have data erased where the conditions are met (Article 17);
- ask us to restrict processing (Article 18);
- receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it transmitted to another controller (Article 20);
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 21);
- withdraw a consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before the withdrawal (Article 7(3)).
Write to info@nextwr.com to exercise any of these rights. We answer within one month of receiving the request. If the request is complex, that period may be extended by two further months, and we will tell you within the first month if that happens. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
9. Complaints
If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority: Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, 010336 Bucharest, Romania, dataprotection.ro. You may also complain to the supervisory authority of the EU member state where you live or work.
10. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to the mailbox and to the systems that hold correspondence is protected by strong authentication and is limited to the people who need it to answer you.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we process personal data, we update this page and change the date below. There is no archive of previous versions; the version published here is the one that applies.
