The company does not manufacture hardware, resell servers or run an IT helpdesk. Where a product has a physical component, as BassmaPro does, NextWR writes the software that component talks to and the platform it reports into.
How the company works
Fixed scope or reserved days
A project is either an agreed scope with a price and milestones, or a monthly number of reserved engineering days. Both carry an explicit out-of-scope list, agreed before anything is built.
A build every week
Working software on staging each week, with the test run that produced it. A weekly demo stays on the calendar for the length of the project.
The client owns the code
Repositories, design files, infrastructure accounts and credentials belong to the client from the first commit. There is no licence to renew and nothing stops working if the relationship ends.
EU-based, GDPR designed in
A Romanian company working under EU law, with data protection considered at the architecture stage rather than added before launch.
Four working languages
Projects run in English, French, Romanian and Arabic. Briefs, proposals and documentation are written in the language the client chooses.
Engineering approach
Systems are designed as complete stacks rather than isolated applications. A connected product is a chain: device software, network, API, database, dashboard, mobile app. A decision taken at one end of that chain shows up at the other, so the chain is designed at once.
Three defaults follow from that. The API comes first, because every client of the system is a client of the API. Platforms are multi-tenant from the first commit, because retrofitting tenancy means rewriting every query under pressure. And the target is production rather than a prototype: deployment, backups, monitoring and access control are part of the build, not a later phase.
